Behind 3XV
Shayne Allise is a former professional athlete and the Founder of 3XV Sports.
Born in San Francisco to a Palestinian father and Irish-American mother, Shayne forged her path from local barns to the Grand Prix ring, collecting USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals by age 25. At the beginning of her career, before the instagram days, she would take photos at the stables with disposable cameras and mail handwritten letters to brands: “If you send me riding clothes, I will send more photos.” This hustle earned her first partnerships, and soon evolved into behind-the-scenes management of other athletes.
Her journey, spanning the US, Europe, and the Middle East, exposed the inequities and cultural blind spots within global sport. 3XV was born from that experience - to empower the next generation of athletes, challenge traditional power structures in sport, and redefine how legacy, identity, and visibility are built.
